Custom Logo Design
Ecrivez Calligraphy
When the founder of Ecrivez reached out to us about a custom logo design for her new business, we knew incorporating her artistry into the design was a must! After talking with her and seeing the passion and discipline she brought to her craft, we could see that the logo needed to blend the artistry with clean, modern lines that grounded her creativity with professionalism.
We started by having her write out “Ecrivez” and then digitized it for the main logo element. Next, we chose a simple modern font for the word Calligraphy. Her favorite colors were navy and pink. But we didn’t want the logo to appear at all childish, so we chose a deep, dusty pink and paired it with a steely navy.
As an additional asset, we created a striped background that complimented the lines and angles of her calligraphy. This could be used in business card design, web design, or anywhere she wanted to establish a brand presence. We don’t usually provide brand assets for custom logo work, but occasionally the creativity is flowing and we just can’t help ourselves!
